Reverend J Daley is the founder and Senior Pastor of Faithful Ministries, which started in June 1992 in Stratford East End London. The Ministry moved to the Borough of Hackney in 2004 to what was known as the time as “The murder mile”.

Faithful Ministries has an extensive international ministry with a base in South Africa the Reverend frequently ministers in Johannesburg, Soweto and Durban, international speaker at a yearly conference held in Kampala Uganda for many years and travels extensively throughout the country. In 2007 Reverend Daley visited Kenya at the invitation of one of the Presidents senior bodyguard. The Ministry is planning to help over 50 orphan children who have lost their parents to H.I.V AIDS. The first woman to speak at a Full Gospel International conference in Cameroon addressing crowds of over 5,000, and lead speaker at the first women’s leaders’ conference in Bermenda Cameroon in addition to speaking on their national radio station. Faithful Ministries sponsored a young Cameroonian for three years in a theology college in East Africa. On completion Pastor Moses returned home in 2010 to open a branch of Faithful Ministries in Cameroon. Reverend Daley also ministers in the USA, Germany and Italy.

The Reverend was the first appointed Co-ordinator in the Borough of Hackney for the Street Pastors Initiative, a post she held for four years. She is Borough Dean for the Independent Black Majority Churches, [BMC], in Hackney, ministering in main stream churches.
In 2008 Faithful Ministries organised a Gangs Guns Drugs and Knives Awareness Conference as a church / community response to the increase of deaths amongst young people due gang related violence. The Black Parent Community Forum, [BPCF], emerged from this conference. Apart from the annual GGDK awareness conference the BPCF hosts monthly meetings providing an opportunity for the community to have open and honest dialogue with government authorities about key issues.

In 2009 Reverend Daley was nominated to set on the Board of Director for the George Williams University College. She is a Community Leader and sits on several boards within the Borough the Independent Advisory Group, [IAG], Gang Unit, Faith Emergency Response team.
Faithful Ministries is a Independent Pentecostal multicultural its ethos is to bring the church out of its four walls and into the community with great emphases on making the word practical and relevant to the society and the problems it faces today. The BPCF widens the opportunity to engage with the community not only on a spiritual level but on a social one working to bridge the gap between the African Caribbean communities with national and local government /police and statutory and independent agencies.
